Smart Training’s Learning Management System (LMS) has been continually evolving over the past ten years. We provide a functional and easy-to-use learning platform.
Smart Training has been developing and utilizing it’s platform since 2008 while servicing compliance small to mid-size businesses ranging from dental offices to international galvanzing plants.
This breadth of real user feedback has guided our development and given us an extremely powerful tool that can be scaled up or down to fit any business.

Our History
The history of Smart Training LLC started in the early 1990’s when one founder was delivering comprehensive compliance solutions and the other founder innovative software solutions. During the 2000’s they recognized the exploding need that all businesses have to integrate learning with technology and worked together to create a solution. Once they had a viable solution, they formed Smart Training LLC in 2009 and created what would become one of the most convenient Learning Management Systems (LMS) available. With their background in regulatory compliance, they created an LMS uniquely designed for the OSHA regulatory requirements specific to several industries, such as manufacturing, construction, warehouse, and oil and gas. In 2011, the Texas Dental Association (TDA) was so impressed with Smart Training LLC, that they endorsed them to deliver the newly mandated HIPAA training changes to their membership.
During the next few years, Smart Training refined and enhanced their software solution to become arguably the easiest, most convenient, LMS which delivers not only a comprehensive compliance solution for OSHA and HIPAA, but also meets the needs of businesses as they create and upload their own custom content to be delivered to their staff online. Having made the necessary technology investments, Smart Training LLC is able to scale from small businesses to huge multi-national corporations, while still providing that easy, convenient solution they are known for, all while keeping it affordable.

Our Future
We will launch mobile apps and continue creating integrations with third party softwares which will further enhance the LMS platform growth. Also, we plan to improve our notification and reports to better serve clients.
We received U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) approval & streamlined all our dental products to be offered nationwide.
We released a series of free COVID courses to 10 of thousands of US employees & moved to virtual inspections.
We restructured the company by separating into two entities which allows for better growth.
